We will process your package with the greatest level of care within 1-3 business days before shipping. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with tracking information. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for your tracking information to be uploaded. If you have not received the tracking email, it probably is in your spam or junk email folder.

A flat rate shipping fee based on your location and the weight of your order.

At the same time, we keep working with our shipping partners and trying our best to provide shipping service to more countries. Considering the complexity of the tax policy, we will notify you by e-mail as soon as we can sell products in your country. Please leave your email so as to inform you of the up-to-date information as soon as possible.

We suggest placing multiple smaller orders to avoid additional charges.

Orders under €150 (pre-tax, after discount)
- All custom charges, duties, and other applicable taxes are pre-paid at check-out

Orders over €150 (pre-tax, after discount)
- DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Items may be subject to import fees like taxes, customs duties, and other fees collected by the destination country. All fees are charged and should be paid by the recipient once the package reaches its destination country. If you refuse the shipment, you are responsible for the original shipping charges and the package returning cost. 

United Kingdom

All orders
