If you change your mind, please contact us within 3 hours after you complete the checkout process. We will do our best to accommodate any changes.



EXCHANGES

Before your order leaves our stock center, it has been fully checked by our team.
We aim to get it right the first time which is why we inspect each product throughout our quality control process.
If you feel you have received a defective product, please contact us within 7 business days after you receive the product. In the email, please provide your order# and a photo of the product.
We are always happy to open up a conversation on how we can make this right.

If the item is classified as faulty or damaged before shipping, we'll get back to you for confirming the exchange and providing instructions on how to proceed.
Exchanges are only accepted for unworn, unwashed, non-damaged apparel.
If the item is altered in any way, we will not be able to process your exchange as requested.
Items and customs documents must be marked as [returned goods]. We do not provide refunds service.
